Permissible levels of air pollution are set out in the Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of 24 August 2012 on the levels of certain substances in the air (Dz. U. z 2021 r. poz. 845). The analyses are also based on the Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of 26 January 2010on reference values for certain substances in the air (Dz. U. Nr 16, poz. 87).
For forecasts ofair pollution dispersionwe useOperat FB 7.3, which allows modelling of industrial (including combustion) and traffic emissions. The software is used, among others, by the national environmental protection services.
