– Article 46(1)(1) and Article 51(1) of the Polish Act of 3 October 2008 on the provision of information on the environment and its protection, public participation in environmental protection and environmental impact assessments (Dz. U. z 2026 r. poz. 670, as amended),
– Article 13i(3)(3) and Article 17(4) of the Polish Act of 27 March 2003 on spatial planning and development (Dz. U. z 2026 r. poz. 538, as amended),
an environmental impact forecast must be prepared, among others, for draft general municipal plans and draft local spatial development plans: the environmental impact forecast.
