Under Article 180 of the Polish Act of 27 April 2001 – Environmental Protection Law (Prawo ochrony środowiska, Dz. U. z 2025 r. poz. 647, as amended), the operation of an installation that causes:
- emission of gases or dust into the air,
- discharge of wastewater into water or into the ground,
- generation of waste
is permitted once a permit has been obtained, if such a permit is required.
We offer preparation of complete documentation and representation of the company before public authorities until the permit is obtained.
For facilities that do not require a permit, we prepare the documentation for the required notification, in accordance with Article 152 of the Act.
